The itinerary starts from the center of the town and continues towards the outskirts via an asphalt road that leads us on an up and down path dampened only by the view of a landscape in which rocks and Mediterranean scrub blend together. You will pass next to the path that leads to the old military battery of Bega Giomitri and then go up towards the "Perdas Stufaras" dirt road, from here you will begin a long descent between gravel and pebbles immersed in an almost diaphanous landscape due to its wild and dense nature history, among the ruins of old nuraghi swallowed up over time by dense vegetation. You will then arrive at the "Nuraghe Nocco" and via a dirt road you will return to the asphalt road of the Triga valley. You will pedal among the strawberry tree and mastic trees until you reach the "Su Fraizzu" dirt road, from here you will go up until you cross the asphalt road where you will fly over the coves of Su Portixeddu and Su Portixeddu accuau to the Maldroxia beach. Between countryside and gravel we will then arrive at the dirt road that leads us towards the giants' tombs and the Nuragic village of Grutti Acqua, from which it will also be possible to see an ancient and very characteristic Medau bordering the road travelled. During the journey, some chance encounters with fleeing weasels and the exploring fox cannot be ruled out. Not far from the characteristic Calasapone beach, you will take the asphalt road again until you reach the dirt road for "Serra Nuarxi", from here you will continue along the entire "Corongiu Murvonis" dirt road and pedal protected by the Menhir with the human face of “sa perda de s'omini", located on the promontory of the locality of the same name. After a long climb we will descend towards the asphalt road which will lead towards the "Is Achillonis" path and then channel us towards the "Bega Trotta" dirt road and return to the center of the town.
