Bike Card Regulations
1) RECIPIENTS OF THE CARD
The Bike Card is intended for all natural persons who request it.
2) WHAT IS PAPER
The Bike Card, hereinafter "Card", allows the Cardholder to have benefits and precautions promoted by the Bike Island organization. The proceeds from the Charter are aimed at maintaining and financing the project itself.
The Card is nominative. The Cardholder is entitled to only one Card and is required to make exclusively private and non-commercial use of it.
3) ISSUANCE OF THE CARD
The Card is digital. It is issued after correctly and completely completing the subscription form as well as paying the required fee. Failure to complete, incompletely or truthfully the form will make it impossible to issue or revoke the Card itself. The Data Controller also undertakes to communicate to the Issuer any changes to his personal data.
The data provided by the Data Controller will be processed by the Issuer in accordance with the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data (Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 "Privacy Code"), as specified in the specific information provided pursuant to the art. 13 of Legislative Decree 06/30/2010 n. 196.
4) USE OF THE CARD
To take advantage of the benefits associated with the Card, it is necessary to present it at the time of payment for the services/products purchased and/or used from affiliated operators.
5) HANDLING, COUNTERFEITING OR MALFUNCTIONING OF THE CARD
The Issuer reserves the right to verify the validity of the Cards presented and to reject those that are found to be counterfeit or otherwise subjected to manipulation.
In cases of counterfeiting or manipulation, the Owner will not have the right to recognition or reimbursement of any benefit used.
The Issuer is not responsible for any fraudulent, improper or abusive use of the Card.
The Issuer is not responsible for any consequences, direct or indirect, connected to malfunctions of the Card and the systems for its management that are not dependent on its will. However, the Issuer undertakes to do everything possible to guarantee the Cardholders the recovery of any benefits accumulated and not used.
6) RETURN OF THE CARD
The Cardholder may, at any time, request cancellation of the Card from the Issuer.
The refund involves the renunciation of any benefit that may have accumulated and not been used.
7) VALIDITY AND REVOCATION OF THE CARD
The Card is valid for 12 months, but the Issuer reserves the right to revoke it at any time and without notice in the event of fraudulent or incorrect or harmful use towards the Issuer or in any case in the event of use in violation of this regulation.
Revocation involves the cancellation of the Card and the cancellation of any benefits that may have accumulated and not been used. The Issuer reserves the right to request the return of any benefits acquired illicitly (discounts, other), as well as to take any legal action against the Owner himself.
Signing the Charter implies acceptance of the conditions set out in these Regulations.
